This exceptional mid-century bureau, designed by Richard Hornby and produced by Fyne Ladye in the 1960s, is a superb example of British furniture design.
Expertly crafted from solid afrormosia, it combines functionality with timeless style. The bureau offers three roomy drawers beneath the main section, providing ample storage. The upper compartment features a drop-down panel that creates a practical writing surface, revealing a beautifully arranged interior with small drawers, pigeonholes, and shelves.
A rare and sought-after piece, it is distinguished by refined details such as its subtle recessed drawer handles and the elegant raised lip running along three sides of the top.
