Vintage Queen Anne Style Burr Walnut Bureau

Vintage 20th-century Queen Anne style walnut writing bureau, beautifully finished with figured burr walnut detail and raised on elegant long cabriole legs.

The bureau features three useful drawers beneath a fall-front writing surface, which opens to reveal a fitted interior with pigeon holes for stationery, papers and small items. Cabriole legs, graduated drawers and decorative brass-style handles are typical features associated with Queen Anne revival bureau designs.

The drawers open and close smoothly, the piece is structurally sound, and there is no visible evidence of woodworm. The rich walnut finish highlights the natural grain beautifully, adding warmth, character and elegance to any study, hallway, living room or bedroom.

Presented in good overall vintage condition, with light age-related wear in keeping with its age and use. Please review the photos carefully, as they form part of the condition description.
