Vintage Retro Set of 6 Mid Century Teak Dining Chairs by Gimson and Slater
A stylish and increasingly hard-to-find set of six Mid-Century Modern dining chairs by Gimson & Slater, comprising four standard dining chairs and two matching carver armchairs.
The chairs are believed to be part of the Palmerston dining range, illustrated in a 1965 Gimson & Slater catalogue.
Well proportioned, comfortable and practical, the chairs have the clean lines and understated elegance associated with high-quality British mid-century furniture. The two carver chairs add extra presence at the head of a dining table and make the set particularly attractive as a complete dining suite.

We offer a one-person doorstep delivery service, so you’ll need to help unload at your end.
London deliveries are a flat £40 for large items – ask about smaller pieces. For other areas, contact us for a quote. We handle most deliveries ourselves, which helps keep prices low.
Delivery can take up to 3 weeks, though we do aim to deliver sooner whenever possible.
You’re also welcome to collect directly from our Hertfordshire unit, please call or message to book a time.

Deliveries within England are a flat rate of £65. Deliveries to Scotland and Wales £85.
